I’m late to the party as usual! No really I am…I’m one of those people who is told to show up an hour before an event starts so I make it on time. So yet again…posting my creation to the Creative Chemistry gallery a few hours before it closes is no exception. Without further ado here is my tag….what? She never makes tags you say? Well, you are right I don’t generally do tags but I bought a whole pack of them for Tim’s class and this is my first one…
I kind of combined a few techniques for this one Perfect Distress, Archival Resist, Watermark Resist, and the Wick and Flick. I have yet to watch all the videos for Creative Chemistry 101 and have relied on the PDF’s until I get around to it.
Creative Chemistry was the perfect class for someone like me because you can enter the classroom whenever, wherever, FOREVER! If you haven’t signed up yet guess what? You still can! The forums may be closed but don’t let that stop you from having lifetime advice and instruction from the Master himself…Tim Holtz! The “Play the Music” stamp was a dollar bin find…all of my Musician friends LOVE it! I actually made this tag to put on a gift but you will have to check back tomorrow to see what it is….
My Mini-Mister was a little clogged and splattered a bit more than I wanted it to but I kind of like how it gives the tag a different look depending on the angle that it is held. All is fair in love and art right?
I’ll have more Creative Chemistry goodness to share real soon…but for now I have to get this baby in the gallery
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post to see the gift this tag will be hanging on. If you haven’t had a chance to take Creative Chemistry 101 you can sign up here.
Have a Creative Day!

Nice score, finding that stamp in the dollar bin. The tag is gorgeous. I didn’t know about the class. It sounds like it is right up my alley, but I just signed up for a polymer clay video library, and am way behind in general.
I am that girl too… the one people give an earlier time to, so that she might make it on time. It must be a trait that is transmitted with creativity!!

Ha Ha! Yes, that will be my excuse next time…”It’s not me it’s my creativity!” I just finished watching the first video today so I am beyond behind but that’s the beauty of an online class…there’s no need to be on time…definitely up the alley of the “Late Crowd!”
